Oyster Bracelet
The oyster bracelet is Rolex’s most popular bracelet. The bracelet was originally developed in 1930’s when Rolex outsourced bracelet production to Gay Frères. The bracelet was later patented in 1947. It features a 3 piece link and Oyesterclasp. This bracelet was originally created for oyster perpetual models but can be found on most other Rolex models.
Jubilee Bracelet
The Rolex Jubilee bracelet was introduced in 1945 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Rolex. The watch was initially featured on the Rolex Oyster Perpetual and was only sold in solid gold. This bracelet features a five link construction with three smaller links in the centre and two larger links on the end. Jubilee bracelets feature either a crown clasp or an oyster clasp and are usually seen on Rolex GMT’s, Datejust, Oyester and Skydweller models.
Rolex Presidential Bracelet
The Rolex Presidential Bracelet was introduced in 1956 with the introduction of the Rolex Day-Date model. This watch feature a three link bracelet which is a sort of mix between the jubilee and oyster bracelet. This bracelet is only used in solid metal models hence why it is only feature on Day-Dates and ladies Date Just models. The watch features a hidden crown clasp which acts as a lever to open the bracelet.
Rolex Oyesterflex
Rolex introduced it first rubber strap in 2015 on the Rolex Yachtmaster. However they insist on calling it a bracelet as opposed to a strap. this is because the bracelet starts off as a titanium and nickel alloy which is coated in elastomer giving it a rubbery feel. This bracelet can be found on the yachtmaster and Daytona.
Leather Straps
Since its inception, Rolex has used leather straps on their watches. In modern times, this strap is less popular with most people opting for a metal bracelet. However this strap is still featured on many models including the Rolex Cellini and Rolex 1908, which are exclusively sold on leather straps.
Pearlmaster
This bracelt was introduced in 1992 and exclusively featured on the Rolex Pearlmaster. It was availible in white, rose, yellow gold and tridor(all three colours).
