From “The Godfather” to “A Bronx Tale,” numerous mafia movies have graced our TV screens. However, one TV show stands apart: “The Sopranos.” Portrayed by the late James Gandolfini, Tony Soprano led the fictional DiMeo crime family. A character with sadistic tendencies but an undeniable charm. Despite his flaws, Tony has a Je ne sais quoi that drew viewers to his character. He was often seen wearing in expensive suits and shirts, but the character was accentuated by his timepiece.
Tony frequently sported an 18-carat yellow gold Rolex Day Date, which became synonymous with his character. While most men today would opt for a larger watch like the Day Date 41, the small dial did not take anything away from Tony’s macho persona.
